We started our business in a small warehouse, but a lot has changed over the years, with our space growing to meet our increasing volume. In mid 2004, we completed building our own, modern 50,000 square foot factory, in Kunshan City, just 50 miles from Shanghai. With our larger facility, we can handle additional capacity, without sacrificing our high quality controls.

Cloisonné

An ancient art developed over 6,000 years ago in China, cloisonné pastes fill color by color in each recessed areas of metal. After each fill, the piece is blazed harden and hand polished until perfect. 

Due to the beautiful hard glass-like finish, cloisonné is the first choice for those who require the very best.

Epola

A similar process to cloisonné, epola uses a brilliant colored resin in recessed areas and allows Pantone color matching system. The piece is baked after each color fill and polished after completion. This process reveals small details beautifully and gives a glassy smooth finish to each piece. It is also a fabulous alternative to cloisonné.

Photo-Etched

Designs, from negatives are etched into brass sheets enabling us to reproduce very fine details. Each recessed area is hand-filled with radiant soft enamel and baked to harden. Silkscreen process may be added to enhance small details. Other product possibilities include Christmas ornaments and bookmarkers.  

Die Struck

This style is created by stamping (or striking) a piece of metal with a die, thus creating a recessed level and a raised level to the piece. This is an explanation of a simple die struck plate, but we can also multi-stamp your piece to create multiple levels and a more 3-D look. The base metals used are pewter, aluminum, copper, brass, and iron. The recessed areas can be filled with epola or soft enamel coloring and the surface can be finished with an extremely hard, protective epoxy. 

Offset 
 
This computer-generated process may reproduce sophisicated multicolored photos,slides,negatives or hand drwan artwork.Original artwork and colors can be beautifully reproduced.Adding an epoxy dome will provide a durable and glossy finish.In addition,aluminum,stainless steel,and tinplate and available with or without plating.
